The rock arch on Pule Hill, Marsden  Moor looking towards the A62 Manchester Road cutting at Standedge. Below  is the Carriage House pub and campsite, opposite is Thieves Clough  (which runs past the spoil heaps and ruined engine house), which is an  18th Century turnpike road, built over the course of the Roman Road from  Castleshaws Fort, on the other side of Standedge.
